A lot of "L" in here.  The light gray box at the lower right is a motorized control that constantly keeps the antenna in tune.  Due to weather conditions in the area, the array changes it's impedance so the variable inductor keeps up with it for a clean match.  These pictures are actually taken behind a metal fence with the camera poking through the openings.

This is pretty impressive.  The white conductor runs from the output of the matching network to the antenna feed line above.  Incredible!
