HF Rigs

The 5 MHz transmitters.  On the right is a CCA used for the main.  To the left is an older very military looking rig for backup.  The backup transmitter originally was designed to do 40 kilowatts.  It is also very frequency agile.  Up close it is gorgeous.  Normal output power from the CCA is 10 Kilowatts.

A CCA for 10 MHz also at 10 Kilowatts.  Incidentally, all of these rigs are lined up in a row on the perimeter of the shop and screen room.  The hallway is a "U" shape, starting with the 5MHz and going up.  The place is immaculate.

The 20 MHz rig.  This is the main.

And the main for 15 MHz.  Notice the scope above the transmitter for modulation tracking.

A closer look at the CCA on 15 MHz.

Ahh, looks like she's making power ok.
